Door County’s Eagle Bluff Lighthouse

Chuck Baum of the Door County Historical Society told the wonderful story of Henry M. Stanley, an immigrant from the Nordland area of Norway. His talk focused on the period from 1868 until 1883, when he was the lighthouse keeper at the Eagle Bluff Lighthouse. Chuck’s wife Laura, pictured above with Chuck, was actively involved in the research for this presentation.
